Custos measures observable presence in configured zones. It does not independently measure productivity, effort, intent or employee performance.
  • Facial recognition is not enabled by default.
  • Metadata-first processing is preferred.
  • Access controls and retention policies must be configured.
  • Deployment is subject to applicable privacy, employment and surveillance laws.
  • Accuracy depends on camera placement, lighting, occlusion and site conditions.
  • A site pilot is required before scaling.
